It is situated at the beginning of the town of Ponzalla (400 m a.s.l.) on the state road that leads to Passo del Giogo. It is in a hilly position on the slopes of the Tuscan Apennines and from where you can enjoy, especially from the villa s terrace, splendid panorama overlooking the Mugello valley. Access by means of a remote controlled gate and there is a spacious private garden with an gazebo equipped for outdoor dining and a beautiful swimming pool (5x10) with views of the countryside.
